Matt Moody

Matt Moody is a skilled professional with extensive experience in maintenance and construction management. Currently serving as Maintenance Ace II at SFR3 Fund since July 2023, Matt previously held the position of Assistant Regional Construction Manager at VineBrook Homes LLC, where Matt managed operations across multiple cities and demonstrated a strong focus on team building, production goals, and quality control. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Field Operations at Roofstock, where Matt created scopes for property renovations, and extensive experience in law enforcement as a Certified Police Officer and Deputy Sheriff. Matt began a career in metal fabrication as a Lead Steel Rigger/Welder at Vulcraft and holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Greenville Technical College.
