Emily Ong

Emily Ong currently serves as Senior Director for Employment & Lifelong Learning at SG Enable, focusing on enabling persons with disabilities in Singapore. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the DesignSingapore Council, guiding the implementation of the Design 2025 Masterplan, and the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts, where strategic plans for the infocomm, media, and design sectors were developed. Emily has held various positions in the public and private sectors, including Deputy Director at the Media Development Authority and Assistant Sales Manager at Singapore Press Holdings. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Western Australia and participation in the Innovation by Design Programme at INSEAD.
