Heidi Pandya

Heidi Pandya is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and performance improvement. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Sg2 since September 2021, Pandya previously held the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning at Medical City Healthcare from July 2017 to September 2021. At Medical City Healthcare, a major healthcare provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma City areas, Pandya contributed to the organization’s recognition as the first regional brain attack network in the United States. Before this role, Pandya spent over a decade at PwC, starting as an intern in 2005 and advancing to Director within the Health Industries Advisory division, focusing on process improvement and strategic initiatives. Pandya's career began as Marketing Manager at SmartPrice.com, where marketing strategies were developed for a start-up. Educational credentials include a BS in Business: Marketing and Management and an MSHA, both from Trinity University.
