Christopher Brandmeier

Christopher Brandmeier, PE, is a Senior Consulting Engineer at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH) since March 2019, specializing in building enclosure consulting for facade systems, roofing, and below-grade waterproofing. Prior experience includes structural engineering roles at Arup from June 2015 to February 2019, contributing to various notable projects such as Mexico City International Airport and Washington Union Station. Educational achievements include a B.A.E/M.A.E in Architectural Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from Penn State University and a minor in Architectural Studies from the Pantheon Institute. Additional internships at HGA Architects and Engineers and MacLean Fogg Component Solutions provided foundational experience in structural optimization and operational transformation.
