Artur Nurzynski

Artur Nurzynski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automation and IT, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Operations Technology at SGL Carbon since March 2019. Previously, Artur held the position of Head of Automation and IT at Leonhard Moll AG, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on automation system improvements and predictive maintenance. Artur's career began at General Motors Manufacturing Poland, progressing from Junior Engineer in Material and Production Control to Automation Engineer in the Press Shop, overseeing automation during major installations. Artur also worked at Opel Automobile GmbH as a Controls Planning Engineer, with a focus on creating electrical specifications and managing project timelines and budgets for Automated Guided Vehicles and other systems. Artur holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Robotics from The Silesian University of Technology and a Technician degree in Electronics and Computer Science.
