Simon Hallows

Simon Hallows is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global HR processes and information systems management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Global HR Processes and Structures at SGL Carbon since November 1999, Simon focuses on enhancing HR operations under the SGL Excellence initiative. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Information Systems Manager at SGL Technic Ltd, overseeing IT operations for UK production sites. Simon's earlier career includes serving as Information Systems Supervisor at Dril-Quip, where responsibilities included managing EMEA IT operations. Simon holds a BSc Hons in Computers and Mathematics from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 1995, and has a foundational education from Highfields School in Matlock.
