Victor Aviles

Victor Aviles is a seasoned professional in the retail and athletic footwear industry with extensive experience in business development and merchandising. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for North America at SgT Group since September 2022, Victor previously founded AVILES Consulting, where guidance was provided to black-owned businesses on enhancing ROI and modernizing branding strategies. With a career that spans notable positions at New Balance, Puma International, Reebok, and K-Swiss Global Brands, expertise has been developed in global business management and merchandising. Victor also co-founded AWOL Collective and has a background as a Military Policeman in the US Army.
