The Recruitment and Outreach team at Shad Canada is responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential high school students to participate in the summer enrichment program. This team conducts outreach initiatives, coordinates with ambassadors, and recruits promising candidates to ensure a diverse and talented pool of participants.
