Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and teaching. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store for organic body care products since August 2020, Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, private nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and university lecturer in applied mathematics and history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
