Tess Delbyck is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Shake Shack since June 2022. Previously, Tess held project management roles at Local Projects, managing a project for the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, and at Imprint Projects, where involvement was with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Additional project management experience includes positions at Palmer Schwartz Agency and Gander Inc. Tess spent several years at Union Square Hospitality Group in various marketing roles, progressing from PR/Marketing Assistant to Marketing Projects Manager. Earlier career experiences include hosting at Grace Restaurant and interning in private events and public relations at One Off Hospitality Group. Tess holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lafayette College, completed in 2012, and graduated from The Branson School in 2007.
