The Technology and Security team at Shaker Heights City School District is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the district's technological infrastructure and ensuring the safety of students and staff. This team manages day-to-day IT support, oversees cybersecurity initiatives, implements technology solutions in classrooms, and develops safety protocols to create a secure learning environment.
