David Wells

David Wells is a Partner at Shakespeare Martineau since May 2022, previously holding a similar position at Hewitsons from September 2016 to April 2022, where David was involved in property sales, acquisitions, and landlord-tenant relations. Prior to this, David served as a Partner and Joint Head of the Milton Keynes Office at Tollers LLP from September 2012 to August 2016, focusing on real estate. David's career began at Eversheds Sutherland, where David worked as a Senior Associate in general commercial property from September 1999 to July 2012, representing various high-profile clients including sovereign wealth funds and UK property companies. David holds a BA in Law and Politics from the University of Nottingham, a Master of Arts in Politics from the University of Warwick, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
