Daron Fender

Daron Fender is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, account management, and healthcare-related initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for the Fender Family Foundation since July 2024, Daron focuses on funding initiatives that enhance health and well-being in Highland County and the Cincinnati area. As a Regional Director at The Shamrock Companies since June 2021, Daron assists clients in developing strategic marketing plans across various channels. Additional roles include Steering Committee Member for Beers & Biz Monthly B2B Event and the Business of Healthcare Summit, as well as a Facilitator and Lead Generation Group Leader for Factur. Previous positions include Senior Account Manager at SpotOn Productions, Multimedia Sales Manager roles at Enquirer Media and Freedom Communications Inc., and Marketing Consultant at Fender Graphics. Daron holds a Bachelor's in Environmental Design/Architecture from Miami University and an Associate's in Graphic Design from Platt College-San Diego, complemented by extensive training in sales and marketing.
