Jeni Houser

Jeni (Elkins) Houser is an accomplished event manager with extensive experience in planning and executing diverse events across multiple organizations. At Shamrock Trading Corporation, Jeni currently serves as an Event Manager. Previously, as a Senior Event Manager at KBP Brands, Jeni managed international incentive programs and transitioned events to virtual and hybrid formats during the pandemic. Jeni also played a key role in establishing DE&I initiatives. Prior experience includes managing a global recognition program and large-scale conventions at Cerner Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of multiple coordinators and strategic budget design. Jeni's event management journey began with roles as a Senior Program Coordinator and Communications Intern, complemented by a strong educational background with a B.S. in Public Relations and Marketing from Kansas State University.
