Gustavo Orozco Salazar

Gustavo Orozco Salazar is an experienced professional in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Shape Corp. since February 2020, after holding the position of Sr Logistic & Materials Manager. Prior to this, Gustavo was the Logistic Manager at Magna International, overseeing a team of 400 logistics personnel across two facilities. Gustavo also held multiple roles at Flex-N-Gate, managing logistics operations with a focus on raw materials and finished goods. Notably, Gustavo spent eight years at Faurecia, where responsibilities included managing production and logistics in the Just in Sequence area for major automotive clients such as Volkswagen and Ford, achieving significant improvements in operational efficiency. Gustavo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, graduated in 2005.
