Michael Cole

Michael Cole is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Shareholder Capital since July 2024, Michael focuses on value-oriented investments in life sciences and healthcare. Prior to this, Michael served as President and Chief Financial Officer at eMed Digital Healthcare, and was Chief Executive Officer at SevenSaoi Capital. Michael's notable tenure at MAEVA Group included significant restructuring achievements for RadioShack, resulting in substantial cost reductions and operational improvements. Michael also held a Managing Director position at Madison Dearborn Partners and began a career as a Financial Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Michael holds an A.B. with honors in Political Science and Government from Harvard University.
