Peter Sauerborn

Peter Sauerborn possesses extensive experience in eCommerce and business development, currently serving as Executive Chair at FTD since January 2023 and as a Board Member at Trade Me, New Zealand’s leading ecommerce platform, since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Peter was the Managing Director (CEO) at Catch.com.au from May 2020 to July 2022, overseeing operations for a prominent Australian online marketplace. Peter’s tenure at Amazon.com spanned nearly a decade, where Peter was Vice President of Amazon Marketplace, focusing on business and software development solutions for sellers. Earlier roles include EVP/GM of eCommerce at Teleflora, VP/GM of North America at Emida, and SVP of Marketing and Corporate Development at Axcelerant, along with experience as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Peter holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
