Kala Waddington

Kala Waddington has extensive experience in human resources management and client services, currently serving as Manager of HRTM at Sharp HealthCare since February 2018, following roles including HR Project Coordinator and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Kala worked at PRO Unlimited from June 2016 to January 2018 as a Senior Client Services Consultant at Illumina, managing various operational and training projects. Previous experience includes working as a Program Professional at Qualcomm with TAPFIN-ManpowerGroup Solutions and as an Employee Relations Specialist and Human Resource Specialist at Qualcomm, where responsibilities ranged from employee relations to onboarding and training. Kala’s career began at Adecco Staffing, USA, with roles including Senior Onsite Coordinator for Allergan and Technical Recruiter. Kala obtained a Holistic Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University.
