Katie Beardsley

Katie Beardsley, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management for Sharp HealthCare's Metropolitan Region, overseeing HR operations across two hospitals, outpatient services, a psychiatric hospital, and a substance abuse treatment center. Previously held the position of Director at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, guiding HR initiatives during significant expansions. Katie's career includes roles at UC San Diego, where responsibilities ranged from managing a $8M HR budget to overseeing the development of a research program. Additional experience includes strategic HR analysis at UC San Diego Health and program coordination at San Diego State University. Katie holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration.
