Kobe Haywood

Kobe Haywood currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at Shasta Regional Medical Center since June 2024, with previous leadership experience in similar roles at Jordan Valley Medical Center and Avalon Health Care Group. Prior to these positions, Kobe gained extensive experience at Intermountain Healthcare, holding various nursing roles, including Registered Nurse in the Respiratory ICU and Case Management RN, while also working as a Nurse Care Manager at Cottonwood Family Clinic. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Chamberlain University, expected to complete in November 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University.
