Nicki Rayburn

Nicki Rayburn is a seasoned professional in marketing and brand strategy with extensive experience in the flooring and pet industries. Currently serving as Vice President of National Accounts and Vice President of Brand Strategy and Channel Marketing at Shaw Industries since November 2015, Nicki has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Previous positions include Director of Marketing at Oriental Weavers USA and Director of Public Relations at Mohawk Industries. Nicki's career began as an Account Executive at Adair-Greene Advertising and Sawyer Riley Compton Advertising, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
