Jay Sistoza

Jay Sistoza is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Shea Properties since April 2022. With a strong background in application architecture and development, Jay previously held multiple roles at The Irvine Company from May 2006 to April 2022, including Senior Application Architect and Application Architect. Early career experience includes positions as a NOC Specialist at J2NOC and Senior Programmer Analyst at Toshiba America Business Solutions and Toshiba America Information Systems from 1996 to 2006. Jay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems and Services from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Software Engineering from Cypress College, along with studies at Ateneo de Manila University.
