Stephanie Mann

Stephanie Mann currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of A.T. Cross Company, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Mann was the VP of Finance at Kenvue, the world's largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue, from November 2021 to May 2024. Mann's extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson spanned over 19 years, culminating in the role of VP/CFO for the Consumer Health Global Supply Chain until the division's spin-off and subsequent rebranding as Kenvue in 2022. Additional roles at Johnson & Johnson included VP/CFO of Procurement and various senior finance positions. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Investor Support Specialist at Neighbor Housing Services of America and working as a Financial Analyst in Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division. Stephanie Mann holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Wellesley College.
