Erika Zelaya

Erika Zelaya is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People & Culture at Sheer Science since November 2019, Erika focuses on enhancing the human resources department, emphasizing people, culture, learning, and engagement. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Human Resources Manager at All About Kids, overseeing full HR responsibilities including employment and training. At Perfumania Holdings Inc., Erika progressed through several roles, culminating as HR and Benefits Manager, where development of policies and management of HR activities were key responsibilities. Early career roles included Lead Teller at Citi and Sales Representative at AT&T. Erika holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from St. Joseph's University New York, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts and Sciences, also from St. Joseph's University and Suffolk County Community College, respectively.
