Seth Morgan

Seth Morgan is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the financial and advisory sectors. As the CEO and founder of MLA Companies since January 2006, Seth leads a strategic advisory firm specializing in financial system improvements, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic counsel. In addition to this role, Seth serves as a Managing Member at MLACapital and Managing General Partner at MLACapitalPartners, both focused on boutique M&A advisory services. Seth is also a founding member of Alinea CPAs, a full-service CPA firm, and has held various board positions, including with Sheffer Corporation and Alliance Defending Freedom. Formerly a member of the City Council for Huber Heights and the Montgomery County Ohio Republican Party, Seth has a solid background in public service. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Accounting from Park University.
