Xuan Xiao serves as the General Counsel at Clobotics Global since January 2020, leading corporate legal, compliance, and intellectual property functions within the technology sector focused on wind power and retail industries. Concurrently, Xuan has been a Compliance Consultant at Ethisphere Institute since October 2018, advising global clients on the development and implementation of compliance programs. Prior experience includes positions as Law Clerk at Oseran Hahn P.S., Regional Compliance Officer at Qualcomm overseeing compliance in Greater China, Head of Compliance at BMW Financial Services where a compliance function was established, and Compliance Officer at Siemens managing internal control programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School, a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of International Business and Economics, and a Bachelor of Laws from China Women's University.
