Baldev Singh Johal

Baldev Singh Johal currently serves as the Regulated Activities Team Lead at Shell, a position held since September 2024. Baldev's experience spans several roles in regulatory and financial reporting within major companies such as Centrica Energy and Societe Generale, alongside co-owning and managing Royal Overseas from October 2016 to December 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Finance from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, along with certifications in EMIR Transaction Reporting from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
