Dr. Excel Theophilus Ukpohor

Dr. Excel Theophilus Ukphor, FIMC, serves as the Performance Improvement Lead at Shell since December 2023 and is the Secretary General of the Nigeria Gas Association since April 2023, advocating for stakeholders in the gas sector. With extensive experience, Dr. Ukphor has held various senior roles at Nigeria LNG Limited from March 2005 to December 2023, including Lead for Non-Technical Interface and Asset Reference Plan, enhancing asset management and stakeholder relations. Additionally, Dr. Ukphor has directed The Youth Resource Centre Bonny since 2013, focusing on youth development through education and life skills. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration and multiple degrees in energy, sustainability, and petroleum engineering from reputable institutions.
