Franchise Intervention - Gas Lif at Shell

Steven Freeman has extensive experience in the petroleum industry, currently serving as a Franchise Intervention member at Shell since April 2012, focusing on digital processes for gas lifted wells. Prior roles include Senior Petroleum Technologist in Shell’s Applied Wells Technology group, where responsibilities included acting as a technical advisor for global gas lift issues and leading the development of advanced gas lift systems for GOM Deepwater projects. Previously, Freeman worked as a Gas Lift Technical Sales Representative at Schlumberger, providing design and optimization services to operators in the USA and Canada, and held a business development role at Weatherford, where the focus was on rod pumps and gas lift systems in Texas. Freeman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University between 1992 and 1995.
