Tom Stokes

Tom Stokes has extensive experience in the energy sector, primarily with Shell since May 2004, where roles have included Head of M&A and Commercial Finance for the Americas and Vice President of Finance for both New Energies and Global Crude Oil Trading. In these capacities, Tom led financial operations for the world's largest crude trading business and the second largest gas and power trading business in North America. Prior experience includes serving as a finance manager at Pennzoil - Quaker State and external auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP. Tom has also held board positions with First Utility and Silicon Ranch Corporation. Educationally, Tom Stokes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy and Taxation from the University of Houston.
