Darren Hurst

Darren Hurst is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in leadership and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of IT at Shelter UK since August 2022, Darren previously held multiple positions, including Head of IT & Digital Change, IT Manager, and Systems Manager at Young Lives vs Cancer from January 2001 to August 2022. Earlier career experience includes serving as Deputy IT Manager at ETA Insurance from January 1996 to January 2001. Darren Hurst holds an NVQ in Business Administration from Brooklands College, completed between 1994 and 1996, and attended Abbeylands Secondary School from 1990 to 1994.
