Frank Morogiello is a business development and talent acquisition executive who has lead the Global sales division at American Airlines and implemented various transformation programs. Their relationships includes a vast network of the C-suite and board of directors as well as the front line where sales reps meet the customer. Frank sits on several Advisory Boards such as Texas Travel Alliance, The National Italian American Foundation, The University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business and is the recipient of the Lifetime Pass of the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues for their years of volunteer service to youth sports in the community. Frank also has a strong entrepreneurship view of things having brought a travel-tech firm from angel inventors to a buyout.
Most recently, Frank has been serving as the North Texas Regional Executive at Bank OZK. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining $26.8 billion in total assets with over 250 offices throughout the United States. The bank has been recognized 13 times as the #1 performing bank in the United States, a tribute to innovative service offerings and outstanding service delivery.
Prior to their work at Bank OZK, Frank served as a Managing Partner at Jobplex, a DHR International company, with the Industrial and Consumer practices. Their primary focus was on the aviation and travel industries, where they have expertise in Logistics, Consumer, IT, Culture, Nonprofit, Consulting and Sales & Marketing.
Before their time at Jobplex, Frank was a Partner at Caldwell for 2 years.
Frank Morogiello attended Wagner College from 1978 to 1980 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. While at Wagner College, they were a member of the varsity football team and was the starting quarterback.
