Tamerill Faison

Tamerill Faison, OTD, MS, OTR/L, currently serves as the Director of Occupational Therapy at Sheppard Pratt since February 2017, demonstrating exceptional communication and leadership skills while overseeing multi-site management and staff development. In addition, Tamerill holds positions as Assistant Director of Occupational Therapy and Clinical Assistant Professor at Howard University, where responsibilities include lecturing, developing curricula, and motivating students across diverse backgrounds. As an Adjunct Instructor at the Community College of Baltimore County, Tamerill provides didactic instruction on Mental Health and Psychosocial Dysfunction. Previous experience includes roles such as Rehabilitation Manager at Erickson Living and Program Director at Rehab Care Group, along with various positions as an Occupational Therapist in multiple healthcare settings. Tamerill holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Towson University, a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Howard University.
