David Guevara

David Guevara is an experienced academic and industry professional currently serving as a Professor and Program Coordinator at Sheridan College since December 2022, while also holding the position of Special Projects Lead at Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited since July 2022. With a long-standing role as a Professor at Seneca College since 2015, David's background includes significant roles such as Business and Marketing Associate at Glasshouse Pharmaceuticals and Project Manager at Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited. David's earlier career features experience as a Scientist at both DuPont Pioneer and Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited, alongside a tenure as a Technology Transfer Associate at the Catalyst Centre, University of Guelph. Educationally, David holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biology from McMaster University, complemented by extensive research experience in biochemistry, biotechnology, and various plant models during a Post Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Guelph.
