Michelle Demille

Michelle Demille currently serves as the Director of Business Excellence and Data Analytics at Sheridan College, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Senior Director of HR Transformation at Extendicare for one year and the Senior Director of Transformation at ParaMed Home Health Care, where leadership was demonstrated in process standardization and the implementation of Workday HR and Finance modules. Previous experience includes a tenure at KPMG Canada as Director of Lighthouse, overseeing strategy and operations, and as a Managing Consultant at IBM Canada Ltd., managing large-scale initiatives with significant budgets. Michelle's career began with Wakeside Consulting Group as a Consultant, focusing on corporate social responsibility. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Dalhousie University and a BA in Political Science and History from Acadia University.
