Joe Tarach is an experienced professional at Sherwin-Williams, holding multiple key positions since June 2010, including Innovation Adoption Manager and Regional Engineering Director, where responsibilities included capital project execution across 13 manufacturing facilities with an annual spend exceeding $50MM. Joe has played a crucial role as an organizational change agent in continuous improvement initiatives and has managed efforts in reliability engineering and process optimization. Joe also has a solid foundation in chemical engineering, holding a BSE from Case Western Reserve University and currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Sustainability & Innovation from Harvard Extension School.
