SHFTHero is a digital platform that gives hospitality businesses the opportunity to connect with and source experienced temporary freelancers - or as we like to call them, Heroes.

Founded in 2018, we believe that today’s understanding of work is outdated, particularly within the hospitality industry. Our technology allows for the immediate posting of shifts, and at no charge. Brining a new lense to rosters, we have successfully bypassed the fees and wait times associated with agencies and job sites.

With in-app profiles, a review system and messaging and video chat, our App awards users total transparency and efficiency, bringing online reputation to hospitality.

With shifts being filtered based off skills, experience and location, Heroes have the chance to find shifts that work for them, not the other way around. They can now take control of their time and income, stay on top of their SHFT, and work to their full potential.
