Stijn Arts

Stijn Arts is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and administration. Currently serving as Group HR Transformation Manager and HR Manager at SHI since May 2016, Stijn also holds a role as Praktijklid arbocommissie Technische Groothandel at WTG since March 2023. Previous positions include Senior HR functionaris at ProfCore from May 2012 to April 2016, and various HR roles at Gemeente Boxmeer and Gemeente Sint Anthonis. Stijn began a career at Kantoorservice Arts as an administratief medewerker from 2005 to 2008. Stijn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Windesheim and completed training in Process Management at ICM opleidingen & trainingen in 2019, along with recent education at Nyenrode Business University in 2023.
