Kristin Koons

Kristin Koons, RD, is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in medical nutrition and patient services. Currently serving as a Registered Dietitian at Shield HealthCare since December 2020, Kristin previously worked as a Patient Services Manager at Sky Ridge Medical Center from April 2018 to December 2020 and as a Patient Advocate/Registered Dietitian at Clinical Nutrition Center from November 2016 to April 2018. Prior roles include a dietetic intern at Sodexo, where Kristin completed rotations at various institutions, including Sky Ridge Medical Center, and a dietary technician at Sky Ridge Medical Center. Kristin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an Associate of Arts from Aims Community College.
