Steven Funes possesses extensive experience in business development and training within the automotive industry. As National Training Program Manager at Shift Digital since January 2012, Steven leads a national team focused on improving lead management processes for dealerships. Previously, as President of BDC Pro Consulting from February 2008 to December 2011, Steven provided consulting services on digital processes and lead handling. In earlier roles, Steven served as Director of Business Development at Ford Country of Henderson, where significant improvements in BDC sales and website traffic were achieved, and as Manager of Business Development at Friendly Ford of Las Vegas, showcasing strong management skills in business development centers.
