Katelyn Fossen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations across various industries. Katelyn serves as the Director of Project Management at Shift Paradigm and has held senior and project management roles at LeadMD and Full Press Apparel, Inc. Additionally, Katelyn has a background in art therapy, having worked as an Art Therapist at ArtPlay, and contributed to product and operations management as a Senior Manager at 224 Apparel + Design. Katelyn holds a Master of Science in Art Therapy & Mental Health Counseling Licensure and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts, both from Florida State University.
