Carma Khatib

Carma Khatib is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Healthcare Facility Experience (Finance) at ShiftMed since May 2022, Carma previously led the product management of Delaware's Covid-19 contact tracing system at Enovational, successfully reaching over 100,000 positive cases and 200,000 exposed contacts. As a co-founder of Innovation 4.0, Carma developed and supported a leadership and innovation curriculum distributed across 30 cities. Additional roles include product management at ONEVIM, focusing on enhancing delivery features, and serving as a founding team member at ATMOS, where Carma oversaw product development from concept to launch. Carma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies & Conflict Resolution from The George Washington University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from George C. Marshall High School.
