Rafael Caberlon

Rafael Caberlon is a seasoned sales and procurement professional with extensive experience in the refractories and steel industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Shinagawa Refractories Co., Ltd. since January 2023, Rafael previously held the position of Sales Manager - Refractories at Saint-Gobain, where leadership of a large team and significant sales achievements were accomplished. Prior roles at Gerdau involved global procurement for refractories and ferroalloys, with a focus on contract management and indirect leadership of local buyers. Beginning a career at Voges Group, Rafael gained expertise in supplier development and import/export analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from FIA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UCS, complemented by an exchange program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
