Carol Sanders

Carol Sanders is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Consulting Director of Finance at Shining Star Consulting LLC since December 2022, Carol previously held positions such as Director of Finance at Acknowledge Alliance, Chief Financial Officer at the Community School of Music and Arts, and CFO at the SETI Institute, where resource management and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Carol has also contributed as CFO/COO at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, Consultant at RoseRyan, and Sr Manager of Financial Planning at Odwalla, showcasing a strong track record in strategic financial management and organizational development. Carol holds an MBA from William & Mary and a BS/BA in Finance from Boston University.
