Cong Lu

Lu Cong is an accomplished data scientist and tech lead manager with extensive experience in predictive machine learning model development and deployment. Currently serving as a Principal Data Scientist at Shipt since March 2022, Lu focuses on customer engagement and retention, search relevance ranking, and lifetime value analysis.
