Laura Wils possesses a diverse background in innovation and project management within the cosmetic and academic sectors. Currently serving as an Innovation Project Manager at Shiseido Group EMEA's European Innovation Center, Laura has previously held the position of Innovation and Project Manager at Nuxe Group. Additionally, Laura has experience as a Project Manager focused on Phytochemistry and Skin Evaluation at the University of Tours, along with a teaching role at the same institution. Laura's early career included work as a Research Engineer in Phytochemistry and Cosmetology at CosmetoSciences, University of Tours.
