Shira Chervin

Shira Chervin is an experienced executive in the beauty industry with a focus on product development and commercialization. Currently serving as Executive Director of New Product Development at Shiseido since September 2024, Shira previously held the position of Director of New Product Development at Drunk Elephant from December 2020 to September 2024, where earlier roles included Sr Manager of OPD. Prior to this, Shira worked at Shiseido as Senior Manager of New Product Commercialization and held various project management positions at NARS Cosmetics from January 2012 to February 2018. Shira began a career in sales and marketing at Penny Preville. Shira Chervin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Boston University College of Communication in 2008.
