Leadership Team

The leadership team at Sholand, LLC has a long history of experience in the hospitality and food industries, as well as in law and marketing. Many on the team have worked for Shoney's in the past, in positions such as General Counsel, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Director of Culinary Innovation. Others have worked as corporate chefs for companies such as Darden and Tampa Maid Foods. The team also has experience in marketing, with members having served as Head of Advertising Partnerships and Chief Marketing Officer for companies such as NC2 Media and SHONEYS. Finally, one member of the team is an Adjunct Professor of Practice at the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord College of Journalism & Mass Communication.
