Latha Narayannan

Latha Narayannan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Founder and Advisory Board member of Nebula Youth Camps since July 2018, where the focus is on educating youth in Entrepreneurship and Technology while sponsoring global students for education. In addition, Latha founded and currently leads the Shooting Stars Foundation as CEO, providing financial support and mentorship to underprivileged college graduates worldwide since January 2015. Latha holds a long-standing position at NETSCOUT, starting in August 2004 and advancing through various roles including AVP-IT Applications and Sr Director. Prior to NETSCOUT, Latha gained significant experience at Good Technology Inc. as a Business Development Manager and at Remedy as an Oracle Architect. Latha's career began at Ramco Systems as a Business Systems Analyst from June 1994 to November 1998.
