Tony Lee

Tony Lee is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at ShopBack, responsible for maintaining site reliability and availability through monitoring and troubleshooting of AWS, Kubernetes, network, Linux systems, and databases. With prior experience as an SRE and DevOps at Senao Networks, Tony introduced Docker and Kubernetes to enhance scalability and optimize workflows. Additionally, as a Lead of Software Automation and QA, Tony developed automated testing frameworks using Python. Earlier roles include Product Manager at Cameo Communications Inc., where Tony conducted training and developed automation tools, and Software QA / FAE Engineer at Paradigm Technology Inc., focusing on test automation. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Feng Chia University.
